AMERICAN LEADERSHIP CLASS GENERAL INTRODUCTION.
 
1-The main Purpose of this Education Leadership Program is to train Leaders in Africa. This initiative is in collaboration with the University's in America. Namely California Northridge university and Utah Valley University

2-Teach, Train, Mentor, Empower and produce transformational leaders of this and the next generation

3-Give an opportunity to leaders to excel and add value to their professional and leadership careers.
 
Teaching Format-It's a virtual online class
Duration- Takes about two hours twice a month.
 
 
 MISSION OF THE AMERICAN LEADERSHIP ACADEMY.

1-The primary mission of the American Leadership Academy is to promote students’ academic success 2-Become active and independent learners through increasing self-awareness, developing skills, and accessing resources.
 
3-Our programs and services aim to bring students back on course toward academic success and graduation with a certificate or a diploma.
Practical Training and Graduation:
 
Students of the American Leadership Academy class of 2021-22, are required to speak and deliver a submission at the Academic conference discussing the federal systems of governance and cultural leadership inclusion. The submission embeds a hands-on practical training which is in partial fulfillment of the Academy's requirements before graduation. 
 
Students must Attend a leadership training conference which is organized to empower students and community leaders at Utah Valley University.
Students must share diverse leadership skills which will enhance my abilities in our community service delivery. 
 
 
 GOALS OF THE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM.

 1-The Pioneer Class of 2021/2022 will receive Certification after completion of Level 1 classes and future transition to diploma.

2-The Leadership Program is Theoretical and has an aspect of leadership Practical  implementation.

3- There is a Transformational  servant leadership Formation of an active Alumni Students Network. They will help with  Fundraising,  Conference attendance and conducting Workshop Projects including charity and personal development
 
 CONLUSION.

The class is only for those that are capable dynamic enthusiastic leaders that are willing to sacrifice make a change to the society they are living in. As Leaders we should seek to enact positive changes in our communities.
